SUM Korea collects and uses personal information to the minimum extent necessary to properly handle reports submitted through the SUM Korea Cyber Reporting System.

You have the right to refuse consent for the collection and use of personal information. If you do not provide consent, you may not receive the results of your report. In addition, reports lacking specific evidence may be difficult to verify, which could prevent an investigation from being conducted.

Optional: Email address

- After a report has been fully processed and closed, the information is securely retained for one year to allow for follow-up actions and post-processing. After this retention period, the information is promptly destroyed. Exceptions apply if additional verification or processing is required, or if retention is mandated by applicable laws.
